• Defective Items: I’ll gladly accept returns for items with manufacturing defects (e.g., tears, misprints). Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Wrong Item Shipped: If I send the wrong size or design, reach out within 7 days with details, and I’ll correct it with a replacement.

• Non-Returnable: Due to my small-scale production and sustainability focus, returns for size changes, buyer’s remorse, or custom orders aren’t accepted. Let’s find your perfect fit before ordering!

 

Return Process

1. Email me at support@oasense.shop with your order number, issue, and photos within 7 days of delivery.

2. I’ll review and respond within 3 business days with next steps.

3. For approved returns, I’ll provide a prepaid label (U.S. only) or refund via your original payment method, minus shipping costs.

 

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 7 days of my approval, excluding shipping fees.

• If a replacement isn’t available, I’ll offer store credit to keep the light shining.
